Then allow that energy to be our starting point for a day long painting exportation of our Soul's expression and Growth.

Using the creative process and intuitive painting-- explore, understand and bring balance to your individual Chakras. Each class will explore one Chakra, working with movement, sound yoga and , of course, paint.
The past Chakra class brought forth some profound insights and healing for all the participates, it had to be offered again. Even if you "know" a lot about the Chakras, this is not to be missed. The painting process has a way of taking you through a journey with each Chakra that is unlike any other process.

Be prepared to open the sacred vault in your heart. Go into the stillness of who you are. Hear the call of your heart from your bones, your blood and your soul.
We will integrate guided shamanic journeying, intuitive painting and ceremony to bring forth your heart's call.
The creative process opens a portal into our hearts. The shamanic journey allows us to ask for insights into our heart via our healing spirits. Ceremony allows the ordinary to be filled with magic and grace.
Connect and gain insight from your spirit guides. Listen deeply to your intuition. Allow the creative process to bring forth your life's path.
Beginners are always welcome.
By connecting with your true self and healing spirits we will explore and understand your heart’s call through a series of journeys and questions. We will express the energy of your insights in a series of small paintings. Then we will merge all the images together into one painting that represents the many aspects of your heart's call. The final part of this class will be a ceremony to make this painting a sacred shamanic divine vision of your heart.

What is the 40 day Creative Experiment?
Expressing your creativity daily is just as vital as breathing and eating. When we express our creativity; our heart becomes more joyous, a smile arrises, and stress disappears.
Join me and others as we try an experiment. for 40 days in a row.
We are going to work on one creative piece for the next 40 days. I am inviting you to commit to one minute or more a day! you can do this no matter how busy you are, you just need to say yes!
Guidelines
Choice the medium you will work in, remember this will be for 40 days so it might be something you need to travel with. Some examples are: paper, a drawing tablet (such as smart phone or iPad) cardboard to collage on, something to knit, needle point, spin, sew. I know I am focusing on the 2D world, so if you are a 3D type , by all means go with what makes you happy.
But here's the thing-- You need to add to your ONE creative piece everyday. Don't remove anything or cover anything up because you don't like it, but you can end up layering over what you did the day before. This is about the creative PROCESS not the end result.
Let you intuition guide you. There is not right or wrong, just the experience.
