Painting from Your Heart reconnects you with your creative birthright; the aliveness that comes from that reconnection to your creative being. Want to reclaim your creative birthright and the aliveness  that comes with that connection? Then come and paint with me.
 
With the simplest of tools; child's tempera paint, paper and brushes- you can explore your inner wisdom and creativity.

You do not need to know how to draw or paint. No "artistic" skills are needed.  These painting session are about reconnecting you with your Creative Self and what you learn about yourself on the way. 

Come a re-infuse your Self with the joy of exploring color, paint and paper like you did when you were four years old and your creativity oozed out of you.

Paint your Inner Goddess-Back by popular demand

Want to bring forth your dreams and visions for 2012?

      Then come and join me! You, your inner goddess, and I, will journey, drum, dance, and paint your dreams.  We will experience a connection to the divine and, quite possibly, create artwork that you love more than words can say. Our session will end with a ceremony to anchor our vision for ourselves into the year.

This class was such a wild sucess that another class has been added.

Women's Intuitive painting group

In this circle we will start to weave a community of women who are willing to spend time exploring their creative hearts with intuitive painting.*


Why?
To tap into our creative source and build the energy we need for personal change. To create a supportive creative community,  to have fun and to thrive with
your sis-ters!

I will ask anyone who is interested to commit for 3 months at a time*. I will also set up a private Facebook or Ning site- to help bridge the community through out the month.
(I will also consider folks who can not be in the group physically to join in on FaceTime or Skype.)

Cost:
The charge will be $100, for each 3 month segment.

* to join this group you must have participated in one of the BrushHeart sessions, or have previous Intutive/ Process painting experiance.  Feel free to contact Damini if you would like to join these groups.

Creativity, Manifestation and the Year of the Dragon

     The Dragon is a creature of myth and legend, an auspicious symbol for success and happiness.  This year is the year of the Water Dragon known for its calm, visionary intelligence, and the balance of right brain creativity with left brain logic. Spend a day exploring the energy of the dragon within you. Paint out the energy that is blocking you from fully manifesting your dreams. At the close of the session we will call in the blessings of the Dragons and paint our visions for this auspices year with ceremony.

Painting as a Spiritual Practice

Painting as a Spiritual practice allows you to go deep inside yourself. To have an inner conversation with your soul through color shape and image- bringing light to those parts of you that are hiding in the shadows.

We will explore our inner landscape through mediation, journey work, movement and of course painting!

Learn to connect with that pure light of your inner self  and to paint it forth. All the while recognizing your inner demons that block your path, how to demystify them. And most importunely to learn to honor and accept yourself as you are, warts and all!

With the intuitive painting process what you learn about yourself along the way, is most important,  not how well you can render.

Come an experience the joy of knowing your heart and feeling alive!

This class will meet monthly, starting Wednesday, January 25

        Each class we'll explore one chakra, working with movement, sound, yoga and paint.  Awaken the unique and powerful awareness of that particular charka and explore this energy for the entire month.
